Vintage layout

Wow, I just realized it's been a week since I blogged.... auch, I'm getting worse ...Well, maybe it's good for you to get used to, cause after next week Tuesday I won't be able to blog for 3 weeks! Can you imagine, that it's only one more week till we go to Holland? I sure can, and I'm very excited about it!! The girls a bit less, cause they don't like flying, but I got them something that will make them a bit calm. I hope......
Ok, back to why I write this post! When I was cleaning up my room a bit last week, I found my stack of Heritage photos again, and it started to tickle everywhere, I had to do something with them again! Last Wednesday when I was in Hamilton with the girls I bought almost all the Boxer papers (by Basic Grey!), that line is so great for heritage/vintage photos! But..... in my paperstack I had a lot of old papers from Karen Foster still waiting to be used, so I picked a couple of those and Boxer has to wait!

Detail of the clock I stamped on a tag and a "flower" made of pp's which I crumpled up.
Photobucket
These are my Great-Grandparents, married 106 years ago..... yes, in 1902! I just love those old photos!
Papers used by Karen Foster and unknown, lace, tag, Gel a Tin clock stamps, Autumn Leaves border stamps, swirl and heart by Maya Road, painted brown and red, heart stamped with AL swirls, chipboard letters by We are Memory Keepers.

A close-up of the swirl and heart and unfortunately a lot of spilled Tacky glue....ok, the stuff is good, very good, but...... if you spill it, you can't get it of again:-(

As I said, I still have a lot of heritage photos, hopefully I find some time this week to make another layout with one of them, and if I don't..... it has to wait, cause next week Tuesday we leave for Holland, and when we come back I got lots and lots of photos who need to be scrapped, especially the ones from by brothers wedding! And.... to make things worse, I probably start my job in September...... well....... I just have to make time to scrap wright?

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!
