Perfect.... the new word for the OLW challenge! Loved it.... had the PERFECT picture for it, created what I think the PERFECT layout in 45 minutes......
........scraplifted a layout I saw on a yahoogroup as inspiration, no pp used, just stamps, paint, letterstickers, ribbons, buttons, flowers, eyelets, staples, ink and my Zig pen!
The PERFECT day for me, Niagara Falls, May this year, with the PERFECT person, and that's my mom who was visiting us back then. I love how it turned out, it's simple, but........PERFECT!

Second layout of today! A scraplift too, can't help it, love the style Cynthia uses, and I have her permission! Made it a little different anyway:-)
My youngest daughter, Anouk, photo taken at Niagara Falls, pp is BG Blush, prima flowers, eyelets, Zig pen, stamp, ink and ribbon are also used.
I found the quote/poem on the internet
And the last thing for today, a wonderful, delicious Banana Bread recipe, baked it yesterday, and especially with butter it tastes yummie..... And I have to stop baking, because...... why is it, that everything that tastes so good...... adds some extra pounds??? So, if you have some overripe bananas, be sure to make this!!
2 cups All-purpose flour 500 mL
1 tsp. Baking soda 5 mL
1/2 tsp Salt 2 mL
1 tsp. Baking soda 5 mL
1/2 tsp Salt 2 mL
1/2 cup Butter (or hard margarine), softened 125 mL
1 cup Granulated sugar 250 ml
Large eggs 2
Mashed overripe banana (about 3 medium)
1 tbsp. Lemon juice 15 mL
1 tsp. Vanilla extract 5 ml.
****
Measure first 3 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre. Set aside.

Cream butter and sugar in medium bowl. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add remaining 3 ingredients. Stir. Add to well in flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch (22 x 12.5 x 7.5 cm) loaf pan. Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for 55 to 60 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool. Cuts into 16 slices.
