Two canvasses and an ATC trade.

I've been doing some creative stuff this past week, made this cute little 4x4 canvas.
Used Broken Chine crackle paint (Ranger) on the canvas, the little girl and wings are by Lisa's altered Art and so are the words. The flower comes from my stash and the bling brad is from the Dollarama. The stamp on the bottom is by Autumn Leaves, didn't work out quite the way I wanted it to, but hey, it looks kind of vintagy!

This canvas I made for the black and white challenge for June at wijDUS, didn't mean to but realized I could use it cause the picture is black and white!
The man in the picture is my great-great-grandfather, who worked at the American Hotel in Amsterdam. I've reseized and printed out a newspaper clip (1927) which has a drawing in it, made by an artist who couldn't pay the bill and did that by making this drawing for my great grandfather. I so love the stories behind the pictures!
On the canvas are 3 colors of crackle paint, musicpaper and a bookpage, stamps by Inka stamps and Gel-a-tins. The letterstickers are by Karen Foster, and the corners bought at the Dollarama.

Here are some close-ups.

At Stamping Fantasy there is an ATC tradegroup, and we trade ATC's every month. I just started last month, but I love this! Eventhough I don't have much stamps yet, I try to make the best of it!

The top row are the ATC's I've made for Jeanette, the bottom row are the ones she made for me! Aren't they gorgeous?
Ok, that's it for this post, have a great day and thanks for stopping by again!

Good to see you back creating again. Lovely artwork.
It is so hard to complete projects when you work all day & then with the weather as gorgeous as it is here you don't want to be stuck indoors either!!!

Meis! Wat heb je er wwer iets prachtigs van gemaakt!
Ongelooflijk mooi! Heb zelf te weinig tijd om er eens lekker voor te gaan zitten! Het lijkt wel of de dagen en nachten steeds korter worden!
I NEED MORE TIME!!!!!
Ik denk wel eens: ik duik vijf weken onder of ik timmer mijn scrap-hol dicht, ha, ha!
Liefs en een big hug, Jen.
